Great work. Communication at times is challenging. I had a mix of insurance repair work and older damage to pay for myself. The quotes (2) overlapped. I didn't get a real quote number until after I had already committed (partly fault of insurance company being slow to respond). The end price was less than I was fearing and very reasonable. The actual work is great. The car came back looking the best it ever has. Small panel alignment issue was quickly corrected. The car was also cleanand shiny. Communication, I am partly to blame due to travel, but phone calls, emails, missed calls, all seemed to be random and sometimes confusing. In the end it all worked out.

I am so impressed with the work Paintworkx did to repair some dents and scrapes and a rust spot on my car! Their work is impeccable and was very reasonably priced. They even did a beautiful full detail and car wash. I couldn’t be happier! Also, their front desk staff Crystal and especially Pauline were so kind, helpful and truly went above and beyond! I’m so glad I worked with Paintworkx and highly recommend their shop!

Brought my vehicle in for repairs, and overall the major work looks very good. However, after receiving the car, I noticed that several screws securing the inner fender liner (the fabric/plastic cover above the wheel well) were not reinstalled, asked mechanics there, and he fixed it. The door weather stripping was also not properly put back in place. I did it my own. Not too much dificult. These are relatively minor details, but I would appreciate it if more attention could be given to these small items as well to ensure everything is fully secured before returning the vehicle.

After my car was rear ended, I was referred to Paintworx. Honestly, I’ve never had work done on my car that went so smoothly. Not only did they get the job done quickly (and done well), it was so seamless! They handled the insurance for me and I didn’t have to do a thing. They did a great repair job AND they cleaned the inside of my car (I’m forever grateful for that)! TLDR: Smooth, seamless, easy! They did a great job and all I had to do was pick up my car.
